We stayed four nights on a powered tent site. The site was HUGE. Excellent access to water and power. Grassy, if a little dry (January). Really good bathroom facilities and excellent camp kitchen - one of the best I've ever seen. Bring your own shade gazebo while the young trees are growing. Also bring an impact driver/drill for pegs - the ground is super hard. Easy access to the main resort facilities. We did archery and thoroughly enjoyed it. Heaps of kangaroos around every evening.
Thoroughly recommend this place.
We stayed in the caravan part of the park. It's good if you are older or a couple on your own or transiting through. It's not really family friendly though. All kids family friendly activities are mainly located near the lake which is a 20 minute walk away. If you want to use the camp kitchen and it's not near your site, you'll have to drive to that as well. Everything is spaced out and really far apart, which in most instances could need a car to get around. (The site map is very descriptive in showing how spaced apart things actually are.) I think I only counted 4 showers in the shower blocks (male), to cater for the whole park which is not ideal. The staff are friendly and polite however, (compared to Busselton RAC who bend over backwards to accommodate site guest requests) guest site requests here can be met with 'too hard and a lot of work' type comments. The natural environment is nice but make sure you peg everything down tight. Given the area is very open with no trees or natural wind breaks near sites, sites are subject to big winds and high gusts of wind. Personally, our family won't be coming back here again. RAC Busselton is way better in all respects.
The campsite is lovely with lots of room for more than one car. The lake is very pretty and the food in the restaurant was amazing, if you go with kids this place has many great activities for them to enjoy. There are also some nice nature trails within the campgrounds, will come again in the future
Spend two nights here and it was a really nice getaway! The river view rooms are great with enough amenities. Easy parking and also plenty of activities to do. Certain activities close at a certain time, so be aware.
The restaurant is really nice with a variety of options, with beautiful views of the river.
There's a really great trail walk accessible right from the accommodation too, heads towards the waterfall. Would recommend this resort!

Something for all .
The restaurant is set on the lakeside and has modern cuisine
Very so much more .
Check the RAC accommodation, I'm sure I've missed something
We stayed in a cabin which was a delight. Everything you need. You can take your own food or eat at the restaurant.
Great views of the lake and the parrots 🦜 come by to be fed.
Quiet and peaceful and a great place to just unwind but activities such as archery and canoe.
If you can catch a trout good luck, but only one.
Staff are very friendly and helpful
We stayed in the caravan park for a week in December 2023. The sites were large, there was plenty of space to navigate our large van into the site, the views were amazing, the staff were great, and the facilities were fabulous. The walks in the adjacent national park were superb, and the meals at the resort restaurant were first rate. Our only criticism was the poor parking arrangement at the resort for caravan park guests. The walk from the car park area at the resort that was designated for caravan park guests was an impractical distance from the resort restaurant. Because of this, we only used the restaurant once. Overall, however, this is a fantastic park, and we'd definitely stay again.
We stayed in a Lakeside room on the ground floor. The location is absolutely stunning. The lake and trees are a beautiful backdrop looking out of our room. The restaurant is lovely and the staff and service was fantastic. They were warm and friendly and very attentive to our needs. The food was lovely. We ate every meal in the restaurant over our three day stay. BUT the rooms are very average in our room the fridge freezer was completely iced up, the fridge holders on the inside were broken and you could not place anything upright. There was mould in the shower and on bottom tiles. THE BED, the doona had very large stains on it when I folded it back. The carpets were not clean. I wonder how often management do a spot check on the rooms. They are very outdated. We reported this to reception on leaving, but the two staff behind the counter were more interested in talking to each other. Would I stay again, maybe not as the accomadation side is very basic and old.
